For many years I've had an active interaction with Japan, and its culture. A favorite aspect is the ritual of sake drinking.  The artisanal ceramic cups (guinomi) and flasks (tokkuri) are especially valued by collectors. The wide variety of styles expressed by the artists inspired me to begin my own

exploration of the forms, at first in bronze, and now digitally for 3D printing. Below are some Digi Wabi designs of guinomi and tokkuri.
